What speed have you taken your 86 too
The devil inside took over today.
Wanted to see what the car is capable of doing, put the throttle to the floor on straight road and got up to 225km/h just over 6500 rpm. Felt as though it could have gone a little more. Unfortunately I did not have the Sat Nav on to check true speed. Irresponsible I know....

I have the older model and it has saved me a fortune - especially on Jo'burg to Durban trips... Cheap, nasty and legal! It gives you about 1.3 seconds to respond - also we only use laser in the country you just need to familiarize yourself with the laser noise. or get the fancier talking model - violently annoying in my opinion! The 12V socket in the glovebox was such a bonus for me for using this! |

Was returning back from Natal during the holidays. Average speed was between 180 - 200kph. Not proud of the speed though but had an emergency. Top speed was 205kph. Car really performs on the open road and in Natal.
