GTS Sat Nav Start Up Screen change?

Hi all. I'm curious to know if we (Aussies) can change the start up screen on our GTS sat Nav units? I have followed the DIY from the general DIY section for this, but the browse and start up screen buttons are greyed (not selectable) out for me.....

Have Toyota Aus locked this down perhaps, or am I just doing it wrong and need to keep persevering?

Cheers.

Yep, I copied a jpg into the root of a clean SD card (not the card with the maps on it) stuck it in and it worked straight away

I followed the DIY and changed it just then (used a clean 4gb SD card).

It's also in the user manual for the radio on page 271, same instructions.

Ok thanks for that, I'll keep trying. Might delete everything from the 16gb sd and try again with a clean card, or I may have a smaller card somewhere incase the size of the card is an issue.
