nav screen protector

how has the screen in the brz been holding up for everyone? is a screen protector necessary? saw one for it on amazon and made me curious about the durability of the nav unit.

would a screen protector even work properly? considering its a pressure touch screen, a screen protector will render its sensitivity too much and make it impractical no??

Well people use screen protectors for their touch screen phones without issues...

Thats because phones now are heat sensitive. Not pressure. It would make sense that you lose some sensitivity.

Capacitance, not heat. That's why gloves fingers don't work on your phone, but if you sew some conductive thread in the tips they work fine.

I just saw it while browsing haha. The screens seem to do fine without a protector. I highly don't suggest getting a protector... The screen isn't all that sensitive already.
