We are up in the Cherry Hill/Medford area.

Last weekend my wife and I drove the BRZ down to Cape May for the weekend to see all the Christmas lights...we could have stopped by! (thats when it had two days in the rain/fog/mist, and the tail light were fine)

Very nice, looks like you'll be taking good care of your car... Nice tips about the exterior and interior.

mounting the radar higher up will give better detection/line of sight further away

+1 also the detector should be free of obstructions to the front and back of it so it can detect radar behind the car also.

You are 100% correct, just don't like to be obvious.

Around town it always gives me enought notice, and on the highway I've picked up Ka radar 1-1.5 miles away with the detector on the dash behind the inspection sticker.
