GT86 TRD available in Australia?
I have my GT86 coming in April, I've been looking around at the GT86 TRD... I was wondering if it's available from the dealers like NZ? And is waiting 6 months for my GT86 too long?

Nope x2. But you can probably snap up an unallocated GT if you look around hard enough, especially with more coming in next month.

Plenty of GTs around even GTS just gotta ring around, if you're motivated you'll find one.
Oh no you can't import a TRD 86 from NZ or anywhere else for that matter unless you plan on moving it around on a trailer. |

I wouldn't worry about it too much.
A TRD 86 is the exact same as your car except it has a few added parts. The engine is still the same. All you need to do is contact someone who can get the parts in for you and fit them to your car. This means you can also save money as you don't have to pay the TRD premium if you choose not to. For instance, are the big brakes from TRD really worth $10,000NZD or is a big brake kit from another manufacturer going to do the same job? |
