I ultimately didn't use these guys because I couldn't get the schedule to match when I was taking delivery of my car to Los Angeles, but they were so thoughtful in their answer I thought I'd pass along the info from their email to me:

We have a few different options when pricing out the Automotive Paint Protection for your 2013 Subaru BRZ

Individual coverage pricing:

Upper protection package our pricing is: $350 which is coverage for the leading edge of hood, fenders, & side mirrors. For full hood add on $500, for full fenders add $200.
Lower protection package our price is $400 which is coverage for the full front bumper.
For headlights the price is $125.
Door edges are $15 per door.
Door sills are $40 for the pair.
Top of rear bumper/trunk ledge $80.
Rocker panels start at $200

For our complete paint protection package (full coverage) the price is $850 (add $500 for full hood protection add $200 for full fenders). This is our complete coverage which includes the: upper and lower packages plus includes lights, door edges and trunk ledge.

Our pricing includes materials, installation & the 3M VentureShield Ultra nationwide warranty. Our owner/installer Steve has many years of experience installing paint protection. He "wraps" all leading edges and he has the ability to do special custom areas if you are interested in more then what is offered above. We cut all of our patterns in house on our plotter and not on your vehicle. We honor our craftsmanship 100%.

All prices are for a clean vehicle (if we have to remove excessive bugs, tar, grime etc. there can be additional charges). We will clean your vehicle very throughly before installation.

We like to have the vehicle for a whole day and keep it over night to insure everything has adhered properly to the vehicle (times may vary ex. the more areas you would like to cover the more time). It's ready for pick up at lunch time the following day. Time for the protection to dry up and not go anywhere is very important to us. The reason we have such great results is that we take our time and make sure things do not get rushed. If it is just upper or lower protection we usually like to have it for a day, over night isn't really necessary.
