HP Touchpad for use inside the twins?
I am planning to use my rooted 9.7" HP Touchpad as an addition to the BeSpoke unit. It has Beats audio output. Originally, it came with WebOS. I also put in Cyanogen Mod 9 to dual-boot Android ICS OS on it. I am waiting until Jelly Bean becomes more stable and is daily useable on the HP Touchpad (still in developement for the HP Touchpad).
I'll have all the amenities of the Bespoke system and my HP Touchpad dual boot options. Watch Movies, surf the web via wifi hotspot with phone. Or, I could install that Cradlepoint router with Verizone 4G. But realistically, how often does anyone do anything else, but listen to music, while driving in SoCal? Maybe on long trips, I could watch a movie or two in HD. Any thoughts on this? EDIT: Here were some thoughts on mounting. I'd prefer a seat mounted gooseneck mount. http://www.mountguys.com/category_s/4559.htm Last edited by midnightfrolic; 11-08-2012 at 03:31 PM. Reason: tablet mounts |
