Where is the HVAC fresh air inlet?

Does anybody know EXACTLY where the fresh air inlets for the HVAC systems are in the FT86 platform cars? I've been looking for hours in the repair manual and I can't find it.

I believe it is located behind the glovebox and the air enters through the holes in the black plastic cowl below the wipers. Page 322 of the Subaru Owners Manual will show you where it is.
