Are my accessory jacks plugged in?
Now I know the best way to tell if the usb and 1/8th jack are plugged in is to pull them out of the jack, but before I do that I'd like to diagnose the issue I am having. I had the dealership I bought my FR-S from install the BeSpoke head unit into the car. The bluetooth integration works fine, however when I try to plug my iPhone 4s into the accessory port using the usb cable, nothing happens at all. The phone dosen't charge, the BeSpoke or multimedia source are not selectable options on the head unit when browsing sources. The only options I have with my phone plugged in are am/fm radio and bluetooth. I do have the app installed on my phone. Did the dealership forget to plug the accessory jacks back in, or is this just normal operation. If so, how do I get the BeSpoke and multimedia sources to work. Thanks guys!
Dale.

Pull the head unit out and check. A few cars have been delivered in this state.

When i first got the car I pulled my BRZ radio to do some work behind it. When I put it back together my USB and Aux did not work, pulled the radio back out and the plug for these two had fallen down behind the A/C controls so I didnt see it when plugging everything back up. Probably a similar situation, should be an easy fix.

I pulled it out and the gray cable that comes from the accessory jacks was not plugged into the headunit. Instead, there was a similar short grey cable that was plugged into the jack that had a different female connecter on the end of it. I searched for a mate, but there was none. After I plugged in the cable from the accessory jack and removed the cable that was originally in the slot, the ipod and pandora functions began to work. I am having a new problem now. When I try to load up the bespoke source, an error message pops up that wants me to check my video connections or contact a service tech. Any ideas of what the issue might be now? Thanks guys!
