Both parties are obligated to deliver on their obligations. I'm still waiting too - After 90 days from signing the contract you can legally get your deposit back apparently if you wish to exit the contract. This is something I did not know. |

my sales person was Nic. according what he said to me, this idea came from his boss Carmen. i don't really trust Nic at this time, since this deal was 5 months ago and his boss owns two subaru dealerships. will he chase $600 after 5 months? anyway, i will go there tmr to see what's the trick there. BTW,did you get any discount from them?
