Titanium Exhaust
Hi everyone,
Just curious, other than being lighter than other aftermarket stainless steel exhausts, do the titanium exhausts actually produce a better or deeper note? Or is the price you pay all in the weight reduction? |

Titanium exhausts usually have thinner walls so you get a "dry race" exhaust note. I have a full titanium exhaust on my GDB and that thing just echoes. I want to get the Tommy Kaira titanium exhaust for my ZC6.

There is one china made titanium exhaust for $1,500 but its axle back and weighs about 6kgs.

I like the weight savings and I meant it echoes in a good way. A true titanium exhaust has its very own unique sound note.

It only saves weight if it doesn't have a crazy amount of unnecessary convoluted piping and 14 mufflers with Helmholtz resonators like the few I've seen on here so far.
