seat bolts?

Has anyone run into problems pulling their front seats out? I tried pulling the passenger seat out, and even with a 6 point 8mm wrench I ended up rounding off the bolt head. The bolt didn"t even try to come loose. Seems like very soft material used for the bolt.Any ideas? Other than Vise-Grips and lots of cussing? LOL

I used the 12pt socket and it worked fine. I think it was 5/16. if you rounded it off already, get new bolts from ace hardware before attempting again.

Yea, once I got in better light I realized that the bolt is a reverse Torx type bolt...oh well, live and learn.
