SBD G500X rebuild, tuning problem?

I recently picked up a 13 BRZ from the guy that built it. Ran great, lots of fun. When I pulled the air filter off to clean it (K&N) I realized that the compressor blades were pretty chipped so I sent it off to BoostLab to have it rebuilt. Got everything back together today and seemed fairly uneventful. The linkage for the wastegate was a bit of a bear to get back on, but i got it.

Everything started up and ran fine. Took it for a test ride and all good until i hit 1psi on the boost gauge and the throttle completely cut out. Every time.

I thought maybe the wastegate linkage was too tight and adjusted it a hair, now it'll build to 2-3 and then it cuts out.

I have some tuning files if anyone has a better idea than me of what they're looking at and can point me in the right direction. I don't really know what I'm looking at, but when it's happening, the fuel injection PI ratio is cutting down to zero when it happens. It seems like it's the ecu cutting the throttle.

The waste gate should not be that tough to actuate, something is goofy. Pictures of it would be good!I'm betting the wastegate flap isn't fully seating or you have clamps that aren't tight.
