New guy. HKS gt2 supercharger build fun daily

I have been a LSX guy for years and have many builds under my belt. This was going to be a LSX build. I fell in love with the drive of this car and want to keep it as a boxer engine.

I am going to do a full HKS kit and then try and adapt a GT3 upgrade if it needs more.

Currently pick this up for fairly affordable price point.

My last two LSX swaps. I used to do LSX tuning so I am no stranger to tuning.

I want mostly HKS products but the legal max was a tad too tame.

The charger https://hksusa.com/product/12001-AT013 [url=https://postimages.org/%5D%5Bimg%5Dhttps://i.postimg.cc/fbKPRbH2/IMG-2658.jpg%5B/img%5D%5B/url[/url]

To be completed

1=weight reduction( to offset the supercharger)

2=chassis stiffening especially the rear end.( not well planted)

3= Wheels( more meat)

4=brakes

Build day one Tear down

Ordered a little bling https://www.greddy.com/products/alum...l-kit-13512116 $$$ I think it was a rip off.

Booked a dyno session.

I did the cutting last night waiting on the paint to dry and will post more pics later.

She so tiny. I am used to the fat girls 78 or larger turbo's

This video was amazing for the install. Would have been like bad puzzle without it. I would have used stainless or titanium bolts and riv nuts if I did this again.

A little more progress. one set back Ugh bad thread on the hks mount. I am going to pick up a tap and clean it out tomorrow. Directions stink PDF is way better and nothing is labeled easily.

Looking for a better looking bolt for the idler pulley and crank bolt.

gt cup intake
Washer tank to allow a oil cooler to mount up.

I am finished. I uploaded a base tune. Gave her a rip maxed out the revs and its not that great. Better than stock but far from rowdy. Maybe if E85 was available. Going to loop in the tuner and see the next steps. Maybe injectors and a pulley down.
