Bolts for under tray. Snapped and threads done
Made the mistake of using an impact. Wont be doing that going forward. So I completely cooked the threads on one and the other snapped the head off and the bolt is stuck.
How do I go upon making new threads? And then dealing with removing the snapped bolt? ![]() ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Lookup Helicoil inserts, etc.
Drill into the snapped bolt... bolt biter... or other names to grab into the little hole and turn the shaft. As for the impact... only for removing, never for tightening... especially not Subaru lug nuts :-) |
