I don't remember which system this is but it includes the sub, door woofers, dash speakers, tweeters, rear quarter speakers and the harness. $600 local pickup only, willing to drive reasonable distance near the triangle and Charlotte in NC.

Does this system require / include an OEM+ DSP amp or does it simply plug into the factory system and wiring?

The sub includes an amp, the wiring harness hooks into both IIRC.
