rsr sports-i height issue

Hey guys, looking to get some insight on a weird issue I’m having

Installed RSR sports-i coilovers. No other suspension mods to affect height have been installed. Just a few random braces.

Both fronts and the passenger rear are all at the same height and have plenty of adjustment to go up and down.

Driver rear is current maxed out(as low as possible) and is sitting higher than the rest.

I’ve checked preload and it’s matching the passenger rear per the recommended spec.

When the vehicle is in the air, the driver side control arm sits almost an inch higher up than the passenger side, indicating the driver side SHOULD be sitting much lower… but it’s not.

everything was torqued after the vehicle was on the ground

Any idea what this issue could be? Never ran into an issue quite as severe where a maxed out coilovers is sitting higher than others

is the top rotated the wrong direction?

have you verified all the spring weights are the same?

The rear top hats have a specific way of being mounted?

Spring weights are the same per visual inspection. Same part numbers, same number of coils, same coil thickness and same coil length

I disconnected The rear swaybar and checked heights again and they were the same. I can confirm it’s not related to the swaybar

Pics of the issue? It sounds like that coilover is physically different somehow so you'll need to check the measurements between the rear two shocks and springs and such.

The giveaway is that that corner doesn't droop as far.

I’m currently pulling the rears off and took these before I pulled Them off

I know my garage floor isn’t perfect but I’ve gotten other cars adjusted here and can get most cars within 1/8“ between every corner

You can see the driver side sits higher from floor to fender and from floor to LCA

The measurements aren’t 100% accurate but there’s almost a 1” discrepancy between the driver and passenger side from floor to LCA because the driver side coilover is maxed out

Driver LCA is about 41.5cm from the floor. Passenger side is a tad over 39cm

I’ll take more pics and report what I find

Update:

Took it all apart, put it back together and now it’s all within 5mm of each other and the driver rear is no longer maxed out.

Rear shocks are identical and feel identical when being compressed
Springs are identical
Everything looks and feels right outside of the car

I wanna say it was an over tightened control arm or something of the sort? I need To do more digging but I loosened Up the LCA again on both sides and retorqued everything

Close enough for me until I get Wheels and figure out exhaust what height to run the car at!
