Factory speaker sizes and schemas same as gen 1?
Has anybody verified yet the actual speaker sizes the twins come with installed?
Also, can anyone confirm if some are powered by the head unit and others by the amp? I don't think I've seen a post about that yet. Sorry if I missed it. |

i can't remember the location, or the title, but there was a thread somewhere that at least showed the parts diagrams of the '22. that was in late '21, before anyone had hands on the car though.
ok, found it, it was in october, and was purely spec-sheet conversation: https://www.ft86club.com/forums/show....php?p=3475340 it indicated speakers were the same sizes and locations, and there was an amp just as the previous gen. there was an indicator that the lower-spec vehicles will have fewer speakers, by dropping the dash midranges, but that hasn't been confirmed, or how it effects anything.
