Question Ground Clearance. Nothing to detect yet.

I have been looking all over forums for a few days for Ground Clearance numbers.

I distinctly remember in a press release almost a year ago that the thing was Boasting lower clearance.

That would make it undriveable as a regular car, what made it great originally was the surprising amount of ground clearance for a super low center of gravity car.

Since then, no mention of it. I see the height of the car is a tiny tiny bit lower, but that is meaningless for the ground clearance number.

any idea?

My recollection is that they claimed 0.4" lower overall height, and lower c.g. height.

My '17 is 1.25" lower than stock, it's my only car. I drive it in New England all year every year (winter tires in the winter).

Ground clearance actually went up slightly. It's now 5.1" (up from 4.9" of the previous gen).
