Clutch softer/lighter then normal

Hello all..been a while.

TOB has been goin out on my 14' FRS for past 20k miles. Last week I was driving then the clutch got super soft...knew immediately something was wrong. Drove home. Well it's time to do it. 117k miles.

Anyways got trans out...sure enough TOB seperated like most others. I ordered TOB, clips, spring, fork, pivot support and bearing retainer from dealership(Wed)..didn't get trans out till Thurs so didn't know what parts I needed.
Clutch disk looked fine. Pressure plate looked fine. Fingers didn't have excessive wear.
Verified torque and said i'm gonna run with this clutch....

I ended up only using TOB, clips, and spring. Fork, pivot ball and bearing retainer had minimal wear. Fork no cracks or bends. Tips minimal wear. So I put it all back together greased up, torqued up, fresh fluid in trans and got it on ground. Start it up..no more squeeling or grinding from TOB but clutch still feels incredibly light. I read tons of threads on here.
Everything points to slave cylinder and needing a fluid change on hydraulic system after reading 4 or 5 threads on here. I did notice a bit of wetness out of boot of slave....but not loosing fluid out of reservoir(yet). Fluid is pretty dark..doesnt smell burnt though. The issue though that makes me come on here and ask is that I can get car into gears fine and drive it fine....just clutch feels lighter then normal. I believe there is air seeping into clutch hydraulic system.

Any input? Don't know the platform that well even though I've had the car for 106k miles lol. So much mixed opinions and regards on these clutches in general.

If the clutch works properly, you probably got used to the dry, sticky fork.

Normal clutch is suuuuuper light when it's working properly. Like stupid light.

It's a possibility but I've owned this car for 6 years now. I've never felt it this light and it started happening literally between a shift cruising lol ..pedal feels like its gonna start sinking. I'm gonna bleed slave and go from there. Might toss one on since I get parts at wholesale price.

Thanks for assurance everyone
