Trans solution

So, on the journey to build my Toybaru. I have to come to this bridge. I have had some helpful guidance, with options to pick a transmission to withstand a build of 400+ BHP.
The question: Has anyone found a gearset outside of PPG gears?

Jack's transmission upgraded synchro or verus. Also CD009 swap

synchro gears is always going to be more expensive than a swap

https://www.mazworx.com/mazworx-favq...t-frs/brz.aspx for cd009 kit

some people have done t56 swap too.

Solidsnake11 has a few threads talking about his oil mods to the engine. In the latest thread he adapted a cd009 trans by cutting off the subi bell housing and welding it to the cd009. pretty interesting. He says the trans and engine are doing good under alot of boost. Might want to check it out.
