Couple of issues

Ever since I got the turbo installed AC hasnt been as cold but thats possible cuz engine is too hot. Might need a better radiator or vented hood. I also think theres something missing in the engine.

Look at this http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=134986

Another guy has a similar problem but the turbo shouldn’t have anything to do with it. It’s something that’s within your AC components. Take it to a shop and they can diagnose it for you whether theirs a leak or it’s your compressor or your blower motor might not be working.

I'll take a swing at the purpose of that threaded hole - maybe it's for an eye bolt to help lift the engine out -

(I have absolutely nothing to back that up)

That is exactly what that hole is for. There is an SST that bolts into it for pulling the engine.
