Swap TRD (Limited) LED dash gauge cluster into base 2017?
I’ve found limited info on this, only one thread talks about swapping it into a 2015.
I have a 2017 base model. Does the Limited /Trs Gauge cluster plug right in? If so, has anybody done it? We’re you able to set the mileage using tech stream or any other way? The 2015 thread indicated it could be programmed. Any help is appreciated, I really wanted the TRD model but don’t want black paint, wish they would have opened up the options! By the time you went through the cost and hassle of changing it you may as well have just traded it in for one with the display.

ehhh, seems like a pretty easy swap from what people are saying. Only thing that's kind of dippy is the control panel being made that goes in the center console's blank space. Doesn't look very factory. |

If you change the cluster for a used one you need to deal with the security coding between the cluster, immobilizer and ECU. It is not a simple swap and go.
