2019 12 hours of Bathurst

Anyone planning on watching the race this weekend. This is one of my favorite races, such a beautiful track.

Here is the international stream:

Absolutely. Will be projecting from the laptop to the big screen.

The circuit is beautiful, an amazing mix of high speed and technical sections with crazy elevation changes navigated by insanely fast cars driven by some of the world's best.

The weather forecast is for typical hot, humid summer conditions with a small possibility of scattered t-storms. The bigger risk is random 'roos hopping on the track.

This will be more fun than the Rolex 24 Daytona washout.

On that brutal whack, it looked like he was driving as if the track was green. Was it?

Shame about the Aston Martin tech violation handing pole to the Mercedes AMG.

That class of cars is so diverse. From 6-8-10-12 cylinders to F/R, M/R, R/R platforms, yet the Top Ten all bellowing and shrieking within 1% of each other.

Ready to rumble in about two hours.

Those guys are good, kept it clean during a night start at speeds so fast they must be overdriving their headlights since they said drivers turn in "by muscle memory".

Knowledgeable, entertaining commentary and camera coverage, better than Le Mans or Daytona.

The fencing around the higher part of Mt. Panorama has always been a little worrisome though. If someone has an off, I hope it's sturdy enough to keep cars on the track.

Beautiful sunrise over the Blue Mountains and great racing.
