Here are the Tire sizes and everything that i could find out,
225/40R18 92V -Tires
Front 19x8.5 +?? i dont know how to tell offset
Rear 19x8.5 +??

Those look to be comfortably in the wheel well. I'm guessing the offset around 44-45.

Hehe... are you sure they are 19x8.5 and not 18x8.5?

Offset is sometimes cast into the back of the wheel... but you would have to pull the wheels to find that. The easiest way would be to ask the person who ordered them... the dealer? If it's too much work then it isn't a big deal, but it would help people down the road.

Put them down as 18's and all find it out later, cause its the night.
