Is this normal?

I don't drive much so I know that between the exhaust holding a lot of moisture from not burning it off and having a catless header, I will get more soot but this seems excessive.
This goes all over the rear up to the wing on the trunk. The header and tune have been on a while and this really seems to have started in the last couple months and not exactly
coincide with the install of header/tune. AFR is ok according to what I posted in the software tuning section. Could it be the header/tune and colder weather combo?
This is after about 3/4 tank of gas or two weeks.

Yep. Answered your own question.

It's hardly noticeable from the pics. Nothing a little water less car wash spray won't fix.

Yeah on all the cars I've owned in the past that were catless I noticed more exhaust soot build-up on the tips and bumpers, c'est la vie.

The function of cats is to get really hot and burn off excessive emissions. When they are removed they can not burn everything up and the result is more carbon deposits from the tail pipe. As the weather gets colder the burn off is even less resulting in even more deposits.
Unless you reach a point where you can coal roll on launch it is perfectly normal.
