Kouki 86 in Motorsports - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

Lately I've been browsing the web for 86 racing pictures and I've been finding it super cool to see these new 86s in their different liveries. I wanted to share with you guys some of my favorites.

Personally, for a lot of these cars that I'll be sharing, I think the super aggressive redesigned front bumper is perfect with racing livery giving the face of the car an appearance similar to that of some sort of warrior wearing face paint / warrior's mask. Or maybe it's just that the front end is so outrageous that adding flashy stripes and colors feels natural!

I also think it's really cool when they add these winged tipped shadows around the eyes like above.

Kind of corny but it's really cool to have the chance to drive a car that's so widely used for all different kinds of motorsports.

I like how they seem relatively simple with no big aero and seemingly not super wide tires. Would like to draw some inspiration for my own build.

The picture above is from the BRZ / 86 one make racing series in Japan
(hence all of the cars being identical with no big aero / wide tires)

The TMG GT86 Cup car built for SEMA! Eventually it raced and was driven by Craig Stanton where Toyota won third place in North America! One of my favorite 86s in motorsports and I love how they painted the area around the taillights black!
