Sailun Tires | WSL2 | Winter Tires

Its been awhile since I've posted here on FT86, I just wanted to see the opinions of those who have experience with the Sailun brand of tires. Sailun has a lot of mixed reviews online, but this thread is purely just for feedback from anyone who has tried this brand on their 86.

I recently purchased a set of four Ice Blazer WSL2 205/55/R16 brand new for $400. So far they work well, only thing I noticed is if I brake hard for an emergency stop they tend to skid for about a foot or so until coming to a complete stop. Other than that, they're quiet and comfortable. One other thing I noticed is that I feel a "jello" effect when I make turns, but I think that's just due to the bigger tire sidewalls when going from 17's to 16's.

I'll update on grip in snow once it snows here in southern Ontario, and tread wear as time passes.

I just wanted the cheapest snow tires and got the WST1 and surprisingly they were better than the Michelin winter tires that I had before. No complaints from me.
