Hey all, I threw this video together over the weekend. It goes over the basics of the heel toe technique, when to use it, why it is beneficial, and then I include demonstrations from both my sim racing rig and in the BRZ. Hopefully this helps some folks who are trying to learn this technique. Let me know if I fudged anything

Always appreciate a well put video!
![]() What do you do when you're going over a big speed bump where you have to slow down below 10mph?? Do you downshift into 1st? or just keep the gear in 2nd without clutching? When i keep it in the 2nd gear, rpm drops down to around 1,500 and i dont think the car likes it (It shakes and vibrates a little until the rpm is around 2,000) Should i bother putting it into 1st? or just keep it in 2nd? I'm not sure if im hurting the car or not |

Good video. However in your description and on the sim you were brake, gas, clutch. When you were driving your car you were brake, clutch, gas? What sequence is better/correct?
