Help!!, exhaust too much drone/too loud..

hey guys, got a particular issue, and just need some feedback by those who are more expirienced with variouse exhaust set-ups on the 86.

first thing the car:
16 frs auto
Ptuning header
tomei overpipe
Nvidia catted frontpipe
Ptuning catback exhaust.

so right now the owner like the sound when under full throttle, especially at higher RPMs, but... the drone, when cruzing between 2100 and 3500 RPMS under low throttle (65mph to 80mph), is too loud, and abrasive...
the part that sux, is that, that is the only time that the exhaust is too much...
to those who do custom exhausts, or have tweeked production systems, i was thinking of the aeroturbine resonator... what are the thought on that? and what size should be fitted, i belive they are none glass packed resonators that use a sort of venturi effect to help cancel out exhaust sound wile minimizing impact on exhaust velocity...is that a good solution? or is there something else i can do or product that would work better?

thank you in advance to any who can help point me in a proper direction for a fix..

I had the same problem living in a RV park. I went with the Invidia Q 300 exhaust and HKS dual resonated front pipe. Nice and quiet now but still sounds good when getting on it.

Start by putting your stock front pipe back on

This ^^. Resonated front pipe will definitely help the drone.

I did something similar with mine. I have the Q300 but went with the ACE resonated front pipe. Very quiet at idle/low load. But has a nice tone to it when you have your foot into it.

JDL Ultra quiet front pipe, hks dual resonated front pipe, something like that should help.

If not, add a big vibrant resonator to the front pipe.
