In Stock Form:

Anyone who has bought or will buy FRS/BRZ plan on keeping the car completely stock?

...not that there is anything wrong with modifications...just curious who else plans (besides me) to keep it OEM.

I'm planning on keeping it 100% stock. I might add a TRD Supercharger (if they release one), but that's about it.

Maybe some new wheels too, but I don't think that really counts as a "mod".

i'm going to be primarily stock as well. just going to get oem foglights once they come out and probably pickup the 5axis trunk spoiler. Maybe save some dough for a nice set of summer wheels.

When everyone strives to be "different", you might actually stand out by just staying stock.

Tint and alarm are the only things I put on the car. I stopped modifying the car almost 10 years ago.

I keep going back and forth on this. For the time being, I won't be doing anything. I have a project truck to get running and would like to own my car outright before I do anything. The exceptions would be TRD Supercharger (Dealer installed) and tires/rims.

The biggest thing for me is until I push the car to it's limits and I find I want more, I really don't see making changes.

Any mods I'm doing are pretty much strictly for aesthetics. I won't be touching the engine. Although... does getting a bad ass sound system count as a mod? :P

I plan to keep my upcoming FR-S all the way stock... No motivation for me to change the factory engineering and balance... But that's just how I feel.

Tint. Armrest. Potentially some bass. Potentially 16" wheels and stickier tires. Clear marker lights. Potentially knee padding.

Nothing else.

I'm pretty happy with the car too so I don't plan on really changing anything... EXCEPT, I have to get an exhaust. I'm sorry but I can't spend $$$ on tips when I could put it into the real thing. I also like the Japan clear corners so I may do that when I can absorb the $100+ for such a small piece... I'm not rushing to make these changes though!

I'll keep everything I do change so I can revert it back to stock... I plan on keeping the thing till it dies and I hope that is a long way into the future!

Noob here, but I'm so fearful of messing with the mechanics and engineering of this car and in turn it's 'fun' factor that even minor decisions for some like wheels and tyres have got my panties twisted so safe to say I'll try to keep mine stock, I'll just keep chanting to myself *better re-sale value, better re-sale value.* lol.

Mine's already no longer stock (sharkfin antenna) and it's only gonna get worse. Spoiler will arrive shortly.

I've got modest plans - SC, cat-back exhaust, lighter wheels - but this will be the first car I mod.
