What mm spacers for flush ??

Im currently on trd springs (1 inch drop) and trd wheels that are 18x7+35 FRONT and 18x7.5+35 REAR. I want to make the car look more flush but not sure what mm I should get. I know that stock wheels require 20mm front and 25mm rear. Any help would be great, thanks

With 35 offsets you should be very near flush right now (within 5-8mm). Adding 20-25mm's more offset will get you poking at both the top and bottom of the tire. My guess is your definition of flush and mine are different.

My recommendation would be that you take a tape measure to top edge of each tire and measure to the inside of each fender to get an idea of how much more your wheels need to be pushed outwards.

You can also use the wheel spec simulator normally located here (but it appears to be down atm). It's not always bang-on perfect, but helps.

Doing some math and what I have seen with my car, I would say 10mm all around.

But does 10mm spacer exist for our cars ? I heard it doesnt fit ? Its also not an option when i wanted to select a size for spacers. Thanks

You can get spacers in just about any width. The issue with our cars is that the stock wheel studs are only long enough to accommodate 3mm to maybe 5mm spacers at most. For thicker spacers pressing new extended studs into the wheels is necessary. OR you could install bolt-on spacers, just make sure to get very high quality ones and also ensure that the wheels you're using have pockets in the back that will accept the nuts from the installed wheel spacer (in the pic below, notice the wheel on the left has a sharpie one of the pockets between the lug holes). This wheel is bolt on spacer friendly.

You will have to get slip on type spacers with extended lugs. When using a bolt-on type spacer the oem lugs will hit the back of the wheel even though the wheel has wells to accommodate.

"flush" depends entirely on your alignment specs and how you view "flush" relative to the body. everyone has a different ideal of what this means.

back when I started doing car stuff, "flush" was basically anything up to (and including) the front face of the wheel forming a straight line with the outermost edge of the fenders. often times I would make things more "flush" or buy more room for wide wheels by rolling/pulling the fenders out.
