Question Etuning with OFT

Anybody know of someone who can do an etune via oft other than openflashperformance, trying to avoid switching to ecutek since I already have it. I've tried to go through them, got a base map to run my turbo and sent in my logs on the 11th and have been left in the dark ever since, even after sending multiple emails asking for an update, the lack of communication is very frustrating and just think I should take my business elsewhere. Thanks boys.

im not aware of anyone else that offers etuning as a service on oft. the forum people are very helpful though, if you start attempting to DIY and post logs as such generally there seems to be help available around here for those that take it on DIY. I suspect no one else is willing to take on the liability of tuning other peoples car in case something goes bad either on their end or the clients end. cars are expensive things.
