Trunk lid alignment?

How do you adjust the trunk alignment?

Over the weekend I swapped trunk lids on my car - put on a stock trunk lid that had the Scion spoiler installed to change things up for a bit and am storing my plain trunk lid.

It looks good, but I notice that the alignment is not perfect (I honestly did not look closely before the swap, so this may be "as good as it gets")...

In particular the corners near the rear window seem slightly lower than the body; however I cannot see any obvious adjustment points in the mounting hardware.

Any insight/tips would be appreciated.

I think that might be normal. The C pillars on my car seem to rise higher than where the trunk ends, just like this photo:
