Help! Best option to fix this?

The first 2 is from my mom backing in to my car and tapping my front bumper. The other one is from my friend backing out and scraping my car with hers. I bought a touch up paint pen but do you think this damage is far too bad for that to fix it? Would I have to get this fixed at a body shop? and if so how much would something this small cost to fix?

Respray of whole bumper. This is the BEST option.

I know I said best option lol but what I really meant is best value option. for a cheap quick fix. I know respraying the whole front bumper would probably cost a lot. If i just touch up the parts where the black plastic shows will I be fine? or will those cracks in the paint get bigger and spread over time?

Cracks = ruined adhesion = only fix is a respray

Scratches and other issues are annoying to take care of, but the paint isn't entirely ruined like cracking...

how much would a respray of the front bumper cost? even for something as small as that they need to do the whole bumper? they cant just do a small area like that?

Welp, timmydatooth, life lesson, best not let women you love drive their vehicles around your car.

I had this 1948 Chevrolet coupe with a perfect original grill. It was parked safely in the barn, when my mother ask to borrow it to go into town. She was used to driving an auto, and when she pushed on the starter (the starter pedal was on the floor, next to the gas pedal) my car was in 1st gear and she hadn't pushed in on the clutch. My perfect grill became part of the hay rack at the end of the barn ......

Waaaay back before the present mrs humfrz, I had my pristine 1970 MGB parked where I wasn't supposed to be, with a lady friend that I wasn't supposed to be there with and when we left , she backed her car into the back of my pristine MG.... damn good thing I loved her ......

Now about your dings, what I would suggest you do is to use alcohol to remove all the wax from the area then have your best "artistic" friend apply touch up paint.

Meanwhile, stop into a auto body shop and get an estimate for a proper repair. Then wait about two weeks and see if the touch up job bugs you enough to have the body shop do work on it.

That are can be blended in, it's a particular skill to blend in small areas so most shops want to respray the whole thing. Find someone who would blend that.\

Otherwise these guys sell great touch up paint, been using them for years and the paint and match is great quality. http://www.automotivetouchup.com/

there is no easy fix to this one, it looks like someone sprayed that cover previously and didn't prep the bumper correctly. You're really going to need to strip it completely to get paint to adhere properly, if you leave it be paint will most likely start to flake off now that its been disturbed.

blending in is honestly a crap repair and will fail down the line.

If I use a touch up pen on it will that at least stop it from flaking? don't care if it looks like a crap job. just dont want it to get worse.
