Question about transferring ownership of car
My father passed away more than year ago and I figured I haven't yet changed ownership of my dad's car.
Question is how do I transfer ownership of car when owner is deceased without will/estate in Ontario? Anyone has done this before? Thanks in advance. |

You might be shit out of luck.
Best bet is to go to a Service Ontario or whatever they call themselves now and ask. I don't think you need to pay anything to transfer the title if its immediate family, but it's been a while since I've looked into it. You're also going to need to have insurance on the car to transfer the title. |
