That really doesn't tell you the fine print. But depends on the dealer and problems you many get. They would love to use any opportunity to back out of an expensive fix. But really a cat less exhaust won't screw up stuff, it would be annoying loud.

But..... I would keep the stock exhaust, and slap it back on when it's time for service. Or whenever you get over the loud droning noise, or the black sut on the ground on start up. That's if you park your car at the same place all the time.

nah. you good. plus, if anything did go wrong that was covered under your warranty, they would have to prove that your aftermarket parts are to blame and a catback exhaust doesn't do anything but make nice noise

they don't have to prove anything at the dealership. they only need to prove it in court when you sue them (which you won't). they can still deny you a repair under warranty for some BS reason, then give you a "good will" discount on some 200% markup repair so you will give them your money and feel good about it

save yourself the headache and switch the exhaust back to stock if you ever need to go in for warranty work

No because there's no such thing as an Invidia N2.

All jokes aside, it really boils down to how picky your dealer is.

No, but depending on your area, could get the car impounded for lacking cats...

Now if you don't mess with the cats, I don't know of any places that will mess with you in the states unless it's too loud... and the N1 is loud so...
