I added a new car next to my DD BRZ
![]() ![]() ![]() Very stoked. I have always wanted an Elise from the day I set eyes on one many years ago. Two very different cars and I love them both for different reasons. My BRZ is a 365whp E85 fueled beast and the Elise SC with its lack of power steering, mid-engine and removable roof is like a sexy minimalist go-kart. My other vehicle is a Jeep Wrangler. The only thing I would add at some point might be a nice Mercedes cruiser. And maybe a Porsche. Or a Caterham 300r. or...

Nice!
When I got my BRZ, I was cross-shopping these two, but could not find a non-molested one that wasn't 45k+ I still love how they look and they are fun. And since its not your DD, you will love it! |

Sweet. I alwyas loved those things.
Interesting tire choice on the car though, I have to say.

Funny - thought the same thing myself. Apparently - Continental Extreme Contacts are a popular choice. My first thought was "Gotta get some RS3s on there" but they seem to be working just fine. The tires on these things play a huge part in the handling and are typically staggered. I'll burn these out and probably try a different setup.

It's a lovely little car - congratulations! You'll have a blast and I'd certainly own one now if I could have fit in it!

Very nice! Almost bought one a few years ago before they started appreciating, occasionally kind of regret not pulling the trigger...
