License Plate Holes pre-drilled straight from Japan?

Does the BRZ or FRS come with pre-drilled holes for the license plate?

From my research, it seems that these cars come with no drill holes from Japan. It's only when PDI happens at the local dealership that they drill it (note: the car can have PDI at a different dealership, than the one you ordered from. Potential "miscommunication" could occur).

I ask because a certain sales rep is clueless

Should be undrilled from the factory, drilled at the dealership. That's the way mine came, and a sister car spec'ed the exact same way. I left specific instructions with my salesman not to drill holes for the plate (we're a front plate required state), he complied.

^ What he said. Real car lovers wouldn't drill holes into the car anyways. It's too precious :3

Real car lovers don't put front plates on.
