Wrap Opinions

Hey guys, I am having a hard time choosing which wrap I should go with for my FRS. I love the color purple so I have narrowed it down to 2 options. I like how unique the camo is, but I haven't seen any FRS/BRZ/GT86 wrapped in camo, so i'm not sure how it would look.

The second color is Arlon Amethyst Purple.

Here's one in Nissan Skyline Midnight Purple. I very much like the darker color than either of the bright colors you're considering.

I would do the camo purple if I was doing something like Gumball Rally or One Lap of America, but it would come off once the event was completed.

If you're not in the military the "camo" will get you laughed at. If you are in the military the "camo" will get you laughed at.

Probably best to go with a solid color.

Make sure to order samples before you place your main order. Order MANY samples (different shades and finishes (glossy, satin, flat, etc). Metrorestyling sells them for about a buck a pop and seeing the color/prints in person makes a big difference.

Clean is classy.
Camo is crazy.
If your car is highly modified, camo can* look good. But on a stock car it looks cheesy.
Camo also camos the body lines.
If you want to stand out and get too much attention... get camo.

I say go with the purp.

YES! I would stay away from the camo. Especially the digital. Now if it was 3 shades of purple/black non digital pattern it would be slightly better. But nothing will look as good as that solid purple, and im also a huge purple fan, i would wrap mine but i have an rs2.0

Keep it classy

I have been leaning towards the amethyst purple for a while now. I just wanted to hear your guys' input on the camo. A few "non-car friends" showed me the camo, and I figured I would see your opinions.

I like matte black, but then again I've never seen one in person. I did have matte on my bike, but it wasn't wrap.

I currently have my frs dipped matte purple, but it's peeling, so it's gotta go. I would like to go with a gloss purple this time around to change things up a bit. Which is why I've been leaning towards the amethyst. I like being different. There's not many gloss purple cars on the road.

If I gonna do purple, I gonna do Plasma Blue Pearl. It said "Blue" in the name, but it's freaking purple and sweet purple.

...but out of those 2, I'll go camo to be crazy/different. You had matte black, why not try something crazy/different this time around.

This is probably the most valuable post in the thread lol.

Looks so busy ... you lose all the beauty of the car lines.

Definitely go solid.
