Is r154 swap possible?
Possible to swap r154 trans to the fa20? I see mount kits but there always for 2jz swapped brzs

The very short answer is "sure, with enough money you can swap anything"
The less facetious answer is no. I assume you are asking if you can buy off-the-shelf parts to do it. That answer is no. The only current off-the-shelf transmission swap (not counting proprietary sequential units) for the FA20 is the V160 / 161 kit from Full Blown Motorsports. It's expensive. Can the R154 be done? Yes, but you're on your own.
