Hiss from rear left while spirited driving

So this just happened not too long ago and it's never done this before/didn't do it after.
I was entering a mountain road to do some spirited driving. I've done this road a couple times so it's not unfamiliar, but this time as I was going up I hear a loud HISSSS...... HISS from my rear left tire. My windows were cracked slightly so I could isolate the noise fairly well. I have it on video, but no idea how to upload, lol.

I pulled over immediately to check my tires and all, everything looked good. Did the run at moderate speeds then checked again, no sign of a flat tire or any weird deformations on tire. Went back down the route at my normal spirited speed and checked again, nothing. Went home, nothing.

I'm lowered on RSR Superdowns with stocks struts (bought replacements before throwing the springs on), could it be the sound of my strut blowing? Again, it was one loud and somewhat long hiss followed by slight silence, then another hiss before I slowed down and pulled over. Handling of the car doesn't feel changed at all. I did the downhill run pretty well without issue.. nothing felt different and no other noises after.
Any idea or suggestions on what I can check?

Check your tire pressure.

Maybe it was the tire losing traction, while turning, under power .....??

The "hiss" was just the tire spinning enough to break traction ..... but not enough to squeal .......

PS - a way of uploading a video is to put it on U-Tube and link to the URL where the video is.

I was driving pretty straight at that time but I'll throw up a video after I'm off work.

Maybe you ran over a snake ......

Back-in-the-day, I was riding my dirt bike across the Santa Cruz mountains, back in the 60's, (on Pinky's trail), when I ran over a snake ....... it hissed at me.

I spun around, did a wheelie, dropped down and picked up the snake by the tail and threw it at some dumb shit bike rider going the "wrong way" in pinky's trail.

The rule was ....... go West in the morning and East in the afternoon ......

Then there was the ranchers who tried to discourage us by stringing barbed wire across the trail ....... yep, that worked on me, so I decided to take up 4 wheeling with a jeep.......

There was this rally, over near Jackson ..... ..... somebody shut him up .......
