Side skirt part

Does anyone know where I can get this part for my side skirts? It seems to be missing it on the driver side and I am unable to find it anywhere. The part number on the piece is C11010029* (96051CA000##). Attached is a picture of the missing piece that is on the side skirt.

It did broke off from previous owner due to him getting t-boned. I've been told that Toyota does not sell this piece individually but I have no clue if subaru will as it's a subaru part . Or if anyone knows where I can get a similar piece to it where I can modify. JDM zip ties won't hold it as the part that should be in the wheel well is no longer there.

I would make a metal or plastic tab (L shaped) and rivet it to the bottom and paint it black to match. its in the wheel well and only you will notice.

Based on the OEM catalog at subarugeniuneparts.com, it doesn't look like that piece is sold separately from the rocker.
