Spacers from JSPEC - are they safe?

just wondering if anyone owns a set, and if someone could ease my mind, I'd like to get these from them I just don't know if they are as safe and reliable as say eibach or any other name brands.

Just a machined chunk of steel so pretty hard to screw up. Don't know for sure but would guess that they are fine.

How big are the spacers? I believe anything over 5mm (maybe even 3mm) you should get extended lugs if they aren't bolt on spacers.

As @Tcoat said, they're machined hunks of steel. With that said though, I wouldn't feel comfortable running anything bigger than 5mm or so.
