ECV exhaust instalation fail

Hi everyone,

I have bought an electronic valve exhaust pipe, it has been installed last week.
The Sound is ok, if the valve is closed i get the stock sound, if it's opened the exhaust gas goes out before it gets in the muffler.
The problem is, that the car feels like it has less power since this modification is done, and i fell like the gas pedal is less sensitive. It doesn't matter if the valve is opened, or closed the problem is still on.
Any tips? What can be the problem?
Looking forward for your help, i'm stucked.

(Sorry because of my english, i'm from Europe, and forgot proper english )

It likely the shop that fitted the exhaust disconnected battery ,especially if welding to avoid damage to car electronics.

Removing the battery will reset ecu, this will reset the throttle zero point calibration (and a few other things) after a few drive cycles the throttle (gas pedal) will return to normal and feel more responsive.

Wow, thanks a lot!
After days of driving since the modification is done, it really feels better, so it could be true what you say!
