Weekday Spirited Drives/ Twisties

I work 15 hours over the weekends so most of the times I hit the twisties are on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Is there anyone else in this region (or this planet) who visits the twisties on weekdays besides me? I've always wanted some company during the drives.

I normally do HWY35 and 84.

- Dom

Metcafe in SJ on weekday nights. The area has been pretty dead lately, but I occasionally see the Miata now and then still.

Have yet to try it with my new setup, but will once the week of rain is over haha. Was gonna tonight, but plans with the lady.

Are you running on stock suspension?

I'm off on Mondays and Tuesdays, it would be kinda nice to try some twisties.

Sometimes I take a "mental health" vacation day in the middle of the week for either working on car or driving. Post it up in the drives thread, although most folks are weekend warriors, there are a handful that go during the week. Heck, most Fridays I do a lunch time drive up redwood Rd in Castro valley.

Highway 9, 17, Metcalf, and Calaveras are areas frequented. I just recommend going later in the night as 9 and 17 can be quite busy. Beware of challengers awaiting though, haha.

I commute home on Calaveras which allows me to have a bit of fun. Way better than the 680 north parking lot in the evening. With all the blind corners and the fact that it's not even a real two lane road you do have to watch out. Someone in a fox body Mustang screwed up pretty good this afternoon. Fortunately for them they went into a ditch on the hill side of the road and not off a cliff, but getting the car out was not going to be fun.
