Stage 2 tune without Supercharger or Turbo

So not knowing a lot about tuning, can I put a stage two tune on my car without a supercharger or a turbo? I'm adding a few more modifications before I add it, most likely a few more exhaust/pipe modifications.

Stage one is for a car with OEM header or cats

Stage two is for a catless car

thats basically it

Stage 2 tune without Supercharger or Turbo

Stage 1- For vehicles equipped with original header. Other exhaust modifications also compatible. Stock airbox (with or without aftermarket drop-in panel filter) also recommend. Premium grade fuel or fuel as specified by tune.

Stage 2- For vehicles equipped with aftermarket cat-less headers. Other exhaust modifications also compatible. Stock airbox (with or without aftermarket drop-in panel filter) also recommend. Premium grade fuel or fuel as specified by tune

91 (USA) octane or better required for 91 octane tunes
93 (USA) octane or better required for 93 octane tunes

Stage 2 usually refers to a tune for catless header. If you add Forced Induction, you'll need a different tune for that.

Yes but mainly due to the fact you have no cats restricting flow

When you say stage 2 we need to know what stage 2 you are referring to. Plenty of supercharger or turbo kits have a stage 1 or stage 2 and Open flash tablet also has its own stage 1 and 2.

I'm going to assume you are talking about Open flash tablet and someone already posted a link to it above that is way more in depth.

Quick Rundown

Stock car works with:
Stage 1 with 91 or 93 depending on what is available in your area
Stage 2 E85, should be self explanatory but this tune is only to be used ethanol based fuels. This will net you a solid hp and tq increase but you will lose fuel economy.

This applies to most naturally aspirated cars as long as they have not replaced their factory headers with some type of high flow or catless header.

Catless Header
Stage 2 91 or 93 but you also need to make sure you pick the correct header configuration between UEL and EL.

DO NOT JUST PUT STAGE 2 ON YOUR CAR BECAUSE MOAR POWAAAHH BRUH!!!!!!!!! The stage 2 tune does not just magically give you more power for free especially if you do not have the components it is designed to work with. It has been designed to work with less restrictive exhaust components to maximize the power you already have.

I'm assuming your speaking of openflash stage tunes, I'm not entirely sure they'd work in an FI application you'd definitely need to get a custom e-tune.
This is what's written in the README that comes with the Off-The-shelf tunes when you download them:

Vishnu FA20 OTS Map Release Notes
OTS Map Requirements:

Stage 1- For vehicles equipped with original header. Other exhaust modifications also compatible. Stock airbox (with or without aftermarket drop-in panel filter) also recommend. Premium grade fuel only.

Stage 2- For vehicles equipped with aftermarket cat-less headers. Other exhaust modifications also compatible. Stock airbox (with or without aftermarket drop-in panel filter) also recommend. Premium grade fuel only.

Different for each car and conditions, but you can assume so, because the stage 2 has more aggressive modifications
