Maintaining the BRZ Limited's interior

Any suggestions on how to keep the Alacantra and leather brand new?

I use seat covers. Adds a luxurious feel and is thinner than it looks so it fully conforms to the shape of the seat when you sit into it and preserves the bolstering effect of the stock seats.

Who needs to keep a seat clean if you are just going to put an ugly cover over it, kind of defeats the purpose of a clean interior.

Exactly. I'm going to use the seats for what they were intended, and if they wear out, I'll buy new ones (or recover them).

When I take the covers off and sit on the bare Alcantara, the seats feel cheaper. I actually prefer the feel of the faux leather to complement the real leather. So it's not about keeping it clean but also about the feel and comfort. And they're hardly noticeable in person. You notice it in the pic because that's what we're scrutinizing and the lighting/texture contrasts doesn't do it justice. In person, all the black and blends/hides itself well. People don't stop and stare at seats that are all black and smooth; they just perceive it as leather and move on... til I point out there are covers.

Here's the best I've found. That an average person can purchase.

Thanks for the input. I've never had a car with leather or Alacantra before, so I'm just looking to keep it as new as possible.
