It's a MAP sensor. Deal with it.

For comparison purposes, here was my run last week when I was having the misfire issues, I should be in pretty good shape to put up some solid numbers. Previous run was unintercooled and the 75mm pulley. New setup is 72.5mm pulley and intercooler:

I've had a couple of people ask about this so I figured I'd share for any who are interested. All I did was run a 1/4" tap to switch the threads from BSPT to NPT threads. Just run the tap for a few threads, then screw in one of the fittings until it stops and then count the number of full turns it takes until it comes out. Repeat this until you get at least 3 full turns before the fitting releases from the threads. The fittings I got from my local ACE hardware store and they were 1/4" male X 3/8" barbed hose fitting and 1/4" male X 5/16" barbed hose fitting. And I only did the two outer ones since the middle one is already brass and I don't believe anyone is having issues with this one. I did remove it though and added teflon tape just for peace of mind.

Hi Guys and Gals,
I have been basically out of touch for quite some time working on current updates to our tunes across the board and will be releasing them over the coming weeks. We are also working on some new products that we are trying to finish up (FlexFuel Kit - Special Edition, and some other cool pieces). Plus we are in the process of moving in the coming weeks, so be on the lookup for an announcement. As far at the point of this post, we are pleased to release version 8.5 of the Innovate Supercharger tune for the following. Revision 8.5 applies to the following: (autos and manuals) - Innovate Supercharger Kit with 75mm, 72.5mm and 70mm on 91,92,93,94, E85 and FlexFuel - Innovate Supercharger Kit with Intercooler and 75mm, 72.5mm, 70mm on 91,92,93,94, E85 and FlexFuel All previous customers are offered the free upgrade to the latest 8.5 revision. This has some major improvements in the following areas. (Tunes will be available tomorrow for all to request). Improvements Include: 1. Dead stop (stop light, etc...) acceleration 2. Light throttle cruising at very low RPM's, deliciously smooth 3. More throttle control for autocross and track goers 4. Improved fuel economy for those long trips and around town 5. Better cold start for all fuels especially E85 6. Smoother power delivery on 50-80% throttle 7. Smoother top end (past 5K to redline) I have to say this is one of the best tunes I have done so far and with nearly 500+ hours tuning on the Innovate Supercharger kit this should be pretty nice for everyone. I will warn everyone the throttle has changed quite a bit. At first I was not sure if I was happy with it, but I gave it a chance and have really grown to like it A LOT and I am sure you will also. Enjoy... Cheers, William Knose |

Need some help (Intercooler/Coolant)
So my coolant level has been fine for about 6-8 weeks. Last week I noticed a sudden drop in the coolant level. It was at the bottom of the reservoir. I filled it up and today (the next day) it was down to the bottom. I filled it up and drove 2-3 miles and it went down by about an inch. I can't find a leak anywhere. Not going in or out of the manifold, the reservoir, the t-fitting, the fittings by the front mount, the intercooler itself. I fear it might be leaking into the engine but the engine seems to be running fine. Does anyone know what else it could be? I'd hate to have to take the manifold back off. I'm closer to just pulling the kit and being done with it. cc: @mines13
