235/45 will fit, but they are too tall. You are better off getting 225/45 or 245/40.

pushing your luck with 275 especially if your tracking the car. if its just the rear maybe but definitely not in the front. honestly if you want to track the brz/frs/86 consistently a 17 inch tire is the way to go.

I'm planning to get Work GT5 18x10.0 +38 all round. Currently lowered with Tein Flex Z.
For tyres, I'm going for 265/35/18, with the alignment set to -3 in the front, -2 in the rear. Will this cause any issues/rubbing? If so, will 245/35/18 for the front be ok? Or would it be better to go 18x9.0 +38 in the front? |

Would 18x9.0 +38 be better in the front with say 245? |

I never said anything about them not fitting? I am aware they will fit I just don't understand why anyone would choose to run tires that are 2-3 inches taller than stock size its just not ideal to me. If it works for you thats great, but its not for me I prefer staying close to stock size...

Hey guys looking for some help on a new set of wheels and tires.
Looking to pickup a set of Rotiform LAS-R 17x9 and they come in 2 offsets +30 and +40. I would like to run a wide tire since I'm boosted, I was thinking 255 or 245. I have RCE yellows, koni yellows, rear LCA, SPL toe arms, camber plates and bolts up front. My current alignment is running -3 camber front and -2.2 rear. What can I run without any fear of rubbing/hitting spring perches? |

I have a question, i already have 18 x 9.5 wheels with 245/35/18 all around. But now im looking to get a drop just to get rid of the wheel gap. im not trying to track it so was thinking eibach lowering springs. You'll think the front will fit and not hit the spring perch

Without knowing your offset, there is no way to tell. But my guess, is that you will want coilovers. Check out the meaty tire thread, especially page one, though the whole thread has tons of info on 18x9.5 wheels. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41083
